Our unique learning approach – The Bell Way – is core to everything we do at Bell. It was developed by our academic team alongside an Emeritus Professor from the University of Cambridge. It is based on six core principles that shape all our programmes.

We use assessment and feedback to help you to develop your individual skills. We will help you assess your own work and show you how to take your teaching to the next level. Reflection by teachers on their own practice is a key component of all our programmes.

You will have clear aims at each session so you can easily measure your progress. We monitor quality through a standardised, teaching observation system designed by our experts and highly-regarded by education inspectors.

Organisational learning

Our teacher trainers continually develop their professional skills to support effective learning and teaching. We dedicate time into Action Research and many of our trainers are conference speakers, researchers, webinar presenters and published authors.
