For Module One, the application deadline is two weeks before the course start date. Where six or more people apply from one organisation, please apply three weeks before.
Step 1: To apply, complete the Delta application pack. If you have already done a Delta module with Bell please use the application form for a further module.
Step 2: Next, complete the application task (additional task on the registration form). The task involves writing 750 words outlining some of the general principles that lie behind your teaching (e.g. ‘language learning should be enjoyable’) and examples of how you apply them in the classroom. Please include examples from different levels and types of classes.
Step 3: Please also provide your most up-to-date CV and scanned copies of any relevant TEFL qualifications.
Step 4: After completing these documents, please submit them preferably by email to email@example.com. Alternatively you can post them to the following address:
Red Cross Lane
Step 5: After receipt of your application by Bell, you may also be asked to take part in an interview, either in person, by phone or Skype depending on the module before a place on the course can be reserved.
Step 6: If your application is successful, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £300 within seven days of being notified to reserve your place. The balance of the fees is due six weeks before the course start. Please note: We are unable to hold places open for applicants who do not pay their full fees when they are due. All courses are subject to demand. Please visit www.bellenglish.com/termsconditions for full terms and conditions
Certificates: Successful students will receive a Cambridge English certificate for every Delta module passed. An overall certificate for passing all modules can be produced upon request.
Fees do not include: Accommodation costs and the Cambridge English exam fee (£117).
These fees are due for the assessment of each module through Cambridge English and are raised in addition to the course fees. We will contact you before the exam to see if you feel ready to take it in December. We will make your entry and book the exam place on your behalf. You can choose to sit the exam at a local exam centre near you. Your chosen exam centre will invoice you for their invigilation fees directly. You can find a list of registered Delta Module One exam centres on the Cambridge English website.
