Benefit from over 60 years of educational expertise. Our experts and an Emeritus Professor from the University of Cambridge developed The Bell Way, our unique teaching approach. The six principles below are core to everything we do and our commitment to your learning success.
Learning the Bell Way
We want you to be the best you can be
Our teachers will always give you their best and we expect the same from you. We challenge you to exceed your goals, not just achieve them. Our students have progressed to 16 of the top 20 universities in the UK.
Clarity of learning
We show you a clear path to success
In every lesson and activity, you will know exactly what your aims are, how to achieve
them and what to do next. You will receive intensive preparation for your goal of a high IELTS score. Our advisors will provide expert guidance for a successful university application so you receive the university offers you want.
We adapt your learning to suit you
Your teacher will work with you to create a personal study plan, designed around your learning needs and goals. Our choice of pathways enables you to prepare for the degree that matters to you. Our dedicated teachers offer a higher education advisory service to help you with your choice of university and application.
We help you to learn everywhere
We’ll show you how to achieve your goals faster by including learning in every part of your day. We have a programme of lectures from experienced academic and industry professionals. We organise visits to top university cities to help you make your university choice
Assessment as learning
We give you regular feedback to make you a better learner
You will work with your teacher to review your successes and identify areas for development. We will give you feedback on your progress every step of the way, including weekly 1 to 1 tutorials. You will become an independent learner, self-evaluating your work, ready for life at a UK university.
We never stop learning
At Bell, we are all students. We are passionate about education and never stop learning or striving to be the best we can be, setting ourselves high expectations and challenging goals, just like the ones we set you. We partner with 25 universities in the UK. Bell’s 2015 report from the Independent Schools Inspectorate praised our “culture of continuous improvement”.
