As an ever-popular food at Bell, pizzas went down well with our willing bunch of chefs as they set to action creating their own as part of a free Language in Action workshop. A busy kitchen full of English vocabulary, socialising and cooking contributed to an excellent atmosphere in the school.
Students shared their favourite pizza toppings with each other, before learning a bit about the interesting history of how pizza came to be the classic food it is today. Some English foodie vocabulary got everyone ready to create this culinary favourite.
After lots of teamwork, chopping and kneading, students soon created pizzas great and small. As they all settled down to eat them, they got to know each other and ended their session satisfied and full.
